Bed & Breakfast Oud Aa is situated in the middle of the meadows between Amsterdam and Utrecht.
A characteristic farmhouse from 1860, completely renovated in 2020. We retained the details and character of the past, while incorporating the luxury of today.
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Oud Aa with its many grasslands, the lake areas and charming little villages. Only a five minute drive from the Breukelen train station with direct connections to Amsterdam and Utrecht, B&B Oud Aa allows you to escape into the countryside while still easily enjoying nearby fine dining and nightlife.

Breakfast
A continental breakfast with freshly baked bread, a variety of sandwich fillings, fruits, juice, coffee and tea. We work a lot with locally made products.
The garden
The spacious garden with a sunny terrace to enjoy breakfast (in good weather) and relax throughout the day.
Luxury beds
Wake up refreshed. All rooms are appointed with the famous Dutch Auping beds for a guaranteed good night's sleep.
Wifi
Free and fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the B&B.
Coffee and Tea
All rooms have their own Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities.
Parking
Free parking is available on site. There is also a covered and lockable bike shed that you can use for free.

There are beautiful hiking trails in the area, such as the Rondje Portengen, Cockangeroute, and the Spengen route.
Eating out
There are several restaurants nearby. Our favourites are bistro De Danne and steak restaurant Loetje. And for a special evening; Italian restaurant De Olifant and French restaurant Maan.
Biking
The Province of Utrecht is a true paradise for cycling enthusiasts. Because the province is so compact, each cycling tour offers plenty of variety.
Water sports
The Vinkeveense Plassen and Loosdrechtse Plassen with all kinds of water sports facilities are a 10-minute drive away.
A day in town
Breukelen train station is a 5-minute drive away, with plenty of parking and a direct connection to Amsterdam and Utrecht. You can also reach the A2 highway in 5 minutes by car.
